High Performance Computing (HPC)

The CBI operates a large Linux compute cluster called C4 that is available to anyone affiliated with the Cancer Center - feel free to [contact] us if you would like to join or have questions. We utilize a “condo” model where some resources are available without charge to everyone, but users with substantial needs contribute hardware and/or storage and have priority for those resources.

For further details on the cluster and how to use it, please see https://www.c4.ucsf.edu/.

2021-01-11: Our previous cluster, TIPCC, is being retired and replaced by the above C4 cluster, which is available as of January 11, 2021.
