Mount Etna
Mount Etna is a set of interacting web applications that facilitate storage, visualization, and analysis of complex, high-dimensional data sets generated by scientific research projects. In particular, it handles genomic, imaging, flow cytometry, and clinical data. This system is intended to store all data generated by an experiment, including LIMS-like sample processing data, large binary data sets such as raw sequence files or images, and summary results from analysis pipelines. Data are accessible for query and download for project members and collaborators through secure web APIs. Data sets may be viewed, searched, and plotted through a web browser. Mount Etna is open source and available on GitHub. A graphic demonstrating the components of Mount Etna can be found below. Contact Saurabh Asthana to learn more about Mount Etna.
We also help with projects related to storing and organizing data outside of Mount Etna, so if you have a need, please be in touch.
