We, the UCSF Computational Biology and Informatics (CBI) at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, are looking for a skilled and talented person to join our research group:

  • Bioinformatics Programmer III (full time): “… a person to serve as a Bioinformatics Programmer in the Computational Biology and Informatics (CBI) Core. The primary task for this person will be to analyze high-throughput data including that from next-generation sequencing. This will be done in the context of leukemia and other types of cancers. Secondary tasks for this person will include developing specialized bioinformatics software and meetings with members of the Cancer Center community to better understand their bioinformatics needs.”
